The problem
Security work produces evidence faster than it produces structure: the prompt that worked, the tool-call trace, the payload variant, the screenshot taken at the right second. General note apps store the text and lose the provenance. By the time the report is due, the chain showing what proved what is gone, and the finding is weaker than the work behind it.
Who it is for
Practitioners running assessments, researchers tracking a technique across sources, and anyone who has to defend a finding after the engagement closes.
What it is being built to do
This describes intended scope, not a released feature list. It can change before the first public version.
